Why Kindle Unlimited?

After a lengthy period when my ebooks were widely available on all the ebook stores you’ve ever heard of (and probably a few you ‘d never heard of), I recently decided to re-issue my work on Kindle Unlimited.

What does that mean to readers?  In future  my e-books will be available exclusively from Amazon for the Kindle platform (That’s the KIndle e-readers, IOS and Android apps, Windows, … you name it, there’s an app for it.)

Why did I choose to do this?  It’s quite simple really.  In all the time that all of my books were available everywhere, most of my sales have been through Amazon.  To quantify it a little, do you want to know how many copies were sold on other platforms?

ONE.

Yes, exactly one e-book was sold somewhere other than Amazon (it was sold by Barnes & Noble, if you’re interested).  So why  would I want to flog the proverbial dead horse?  Sorry if the only thing you have is a Nook, but that’s life I’m afraid.
